Impact modifier is an additive commonly used to improve the impact resistance of plastics. It can increase impact resistance and crack propagation resistance in plastics, thereby improving the service life and safety performance of plastic products. There are many types of modifiers that affect them, such as acrylate, styrene butadiene copolymer, ABS resin, and so on. Different types of impact modifiers have different characteristics and application ranges, and appropriate impact modifiers need to be selected based on specific needs.

1.Direct mixing method: Put the impact modifier and plastic raw materials together into a mixer for mixing processing to fully mix the two materials.2.Pre mixing method: Premix the influencing modifier and plastic raw materials separately, and then mix the two together for processing.3.Solution addition method: Dissolve the influence modifier in an organic solvent, and then add the solution to the plastic raw material for processing.4.Blending method: The influence modifier and plastic raw materials are added to the blender together, and high-speed stirring is performed to fully mix the two materials.
